The Story Behind Aevi Fit

  • For nearly two decades, my life was defined by the walls of a university office and the high-pressure environment of climbing the corporate ladder. Like many of us, I traded my natural childhood energy for a desk chair.

    Nine years ago, my body sent me a message I couldn’t ignore. I woke up with a pinched nerve that radiated pain from my neck to my arm—a constant, grueling reminder of years of postural neglect. That pain lasted seven months. It was my wake-up call.

  • My recovery started with a physical therapist and a set of resistance bands. As I began to retrain my alignment and strengthen my foundation, something shifted. I didn't just feel "better"—I felt empowered.

    That PT journey led me to P90X3, which eventually led me to the circus arts. I went from being a "desk-bound professional" to someone performing on aerial silks, ropes, and straps. I started to climb and ski. If you had told my 20-year-old self in China that I would one day be doing high-strength aerial sports, I wouldn't have believed you. It taught me one fundamental truth: Our physical potential is far greater than we’ve been led to believe.

    After twenty years in education, I decided to pivot my life's work. I left the corporate world to help others "bank" the assets that truly matter:
